Silver Oak Winery is an iconic, top-tier luxury winery known for its world-class Cabernet Sauvignon and legacy of craftsmanship, quality, and refinement. As Creative Director on this project, I led the effort to bring their rebrand to life by developing a completely new social media strategy, establishing a refreshed photography look and feel, and creating comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive and elevated presence across all digital touchpoints.
Working closely with Silver Oak’s Director of Marketing, we established a new look and feel designed to feel unmistakably premium and true to the brand’s luxury positioning. The photography direction focused on a sleek, elevated aesthetic, using silvers and greys as bright, modern accents contrasted against deep blacks, with Silver Oak’s signature brand red used as a bold pop of color. This visual system came to life in a two-day holiday campaign photoshoot, where we paired Silver Oak with a luxury lifestyle experience—an elevated holiday gathering complete with caviar, music, and classic holiday elements reimagined in a modern, fresh way to reflect the brand’s affluent consumer.
I led the creative vision for the shoot, developing the mood board, overall look and feel, lighting direction, prop list, styling and wardrobe, and storyboard. In addition to capturing holiday-specific content, the shoot generated a robust library of versatile assets designed to support Silver Oak’s visual storytelling throughout the rest of the year.
