After establishing their brand identity, they partnered with Kreps Co, an agency where Michelle consulted as Creative Director, to craft a bold social strategy designed to launch them into the market and build strong name recognition.

Working closely with the Kreps Co social team, Michelle developed a comprehensive social strategy built on audience insights, platform guidance, tailored content recommendations, and a bold visual identity optimized for digital. To ensure consistency, she designed user-friendly Canva templates that empowered the brand’s social media manager to maintain a cohesive and polished presence without needing ongoing design support. Beyond social, Michelle audited and refreshed the brand’s website—writing homepage and product copy, building an FAQ, and ensuring messaging aligned with their positioning. She also extended the brand experience into packaging, creating a leave-behind with clear instructions on how to use and store their fresh, naturally made products.
